What To Do When Things Go Wrong

Panty of the Day

The first thing you do is contact the seller.

It could just be a communication breakdown, it could be that the seller didn't understand your requirements, it could be that you didn't read her website properly. Talk to her, see if you can resolve the problem.

Perhaps the seller has done everything she can and you still aren't happy. Perhaps the smell isn't strong enough, perhaps it's not musky enough, perhaps the smell is too strong, or too musky? If you are a smoker this is going to affect your ability to smell - this isn't the fault of the seller, you should perhaps ask for an extended wear instead. Most sellers are happy to wear panties for up to three days, some even longer. If sellers are happy to wear for longer they will have prices on their websites for 1 day, 2 day, 3 day and so on. It could also be that you just aren't a suitable pairing. This isn't either parties fault - it is just one of those things.

But she is ignoring me!

Perhaps there is something seriously wrong with your order, or perhaps you haven't even got your order and you can't get a reply from your seller.

How did you find her in the first place? Was it on a forum? Check the forums, check her blog, has she been online recently? I know of a case where the seller said she was swamped with college work but she was seen by her disgruntled buyer chatting away with friends on the forum's mini-chat. Tut tut. If she a regular member of a forum check with her friends - is she ill? Having personal problems? Lost her internet connection?

She's disappeared with MY cash!

So you have checked everywhere and there is no sign of her, or there is sign of her but she is clearly ignoring you - even worse she is touting for fresh business. What can you do? If you are not already a member of a few used panty forums (and if not, why not?) then you will find that they will have (or should have) a Rip-Off section where you can warn other buyers.

BE FACTUAL. Call her every name under the sun and nobody will take you seriously - you'll come across as an abusive ranter - of course she is goig to be reluctant to engage with you! Take a deep breath and state the facts. Tell your story. Explain that you have emailed her and that you feel you are being ignored. Say if you have seen her online. Say where. If she is still around she may be shamed into refunding your money or fulfilling your order (if you are still interested in it). She needs buyers and the last thing she needs is someone telling the used panty community that she is a thief.

If she has done a runner you may never get your money back. You will just have to be satisfied with ruining her reputation across all the forums so that it is difficult for her to every sell again.

If your seller is Panty Trust verified then you will get your either a pair of panties from a PT verified seller or your money back. PT sellers pay $40 to get verified. For that fee they get promotion, instant buyer confidence and many other benefits. This $40 is used to replace any orders where buyers have been ripped off by a PT seller. It is rare but it has happened. Even Panty Trust can't guarantee you won't be ripped off, but they can guarantee you won't be out of pocket.

Panty Trust will revoke the seller's Seal and other Panty Trust sellers will take down any links to her. She will become effectively black-balled by the used panty community.
