Approaching your seller

You can approach your seller either through the messaging system on the forums and auctions or via her email address given on her blog or site.

Good manners cost nothing - remember that. Be polite, be respectful and be honest. Don't waste her time. Don't ask questions that are already answered on her site. Don't ask the same question in half a dozen different ways. If you do, don't be surprised if you get blocked.

Don't ask for free samples or free pics. Sellers have heard it all before. Sellers are usually pretty good at supplying pics on their sites, blogs and auctions. Sellers do not need to send a 'sample' to prove they are genuine. If you have done your research you will know if your chosen seller is genuine or not.

Ask for samples and don't be surprised if you get short shrift.

Be abusive and I hope they will come to me to find out how to report you to your Internet Service Provider. Abuse isn't tolerated. Don't think that panty sellers are expected to put up with a bit of abuse. We don't. What to expect from your seller

Your seller expects and hopes you will be polite and obviously the same goes the other way too. Your seller should be polite and business-like with you. Prompt replies should be expected and given regarding payment queries, orders and current waiting times. Popular sellers often have long waiting times, be prepared to wait and she should let you know roughly when you can expect your order. Be prepared for things to go a bit wrong sometimes. Your seller should also be very clear in what she is charging for and what you can expect. She should also be clear in when she will email you. The norm is to email when payment received, email when order worn, and email when posted so you know to look out for it. She should also email if there has been a problem that may affect her waiting times or your order. Return the favour and let her know you have received it.

What to Do When Things go Wrong

Asking for unusual or embarrassing items

As long as you aren't abusive or asking for something illegal fire away - just ask. The worst the seller can say is 'no'. But she might say 'Sure, would love to honey!' Most sellers have heard it all before and probably already fulfilled several similar orders.

Discreet Packaging

Good sellers will take time with their packaging. Often a hand written note will be included just to give that personal touch. The packaging will usually be very discreet but if you have any concerns just let the seller know. If you ask they will be quite happy to make sure they don't write the address out in pink pen or add another line to your address so it looks more official.

Discretion

We all value our privacy and good sellers will want to be as discreet as possible after all, a lot of us have jobs, children, families who don't now what we do either. Discretion, of course, goes both ways. Look after your seller and she will look after you. A good seller will always be as discreet as possible. She won't spam you, she won't email if you don't want her to, and she will post the order so that it arrives at a convenient time. She also won't sell on your details to other parties.
