One of the ways to buy panties and grab yourself a bargain is to buy at auction. You see some panties you like, the seller looks hot and you want to win. The excitement when you bid against another guy and then the thrill when you are the winning bidder! So, what is there?

eBay

Anybody who sells used panties on eBay, or buys used panties from eBay is a fool. eBay stopped selling panties back in 2002. They are now unauthorised items, this means that at any point in the transaction eBay could pull the listing and if you are very very lucky PayPal won't freeze your account - both the seller's and the buyer's. There are plenty of alternative adult auction sites if you want used panties or any other adult items.

Ebanned

Active since 2000, and based in the US, Ebanned's community forum on this hugely successful auction site is a hive of chat and discussion between sellers and buyers alike. It is quite expensive for a buyer to sell on eBanned due to their high selling fees but high traffic brings more buyers.

Unfortunately the feedback system has been questioned for authenticity because sellers have been known to give each other positive feedback to bump their profiles and on occasion any buyer who has used the feedback system to complain about a seller's service has been blocked the seller's friends thus reducing his ability to buy from others. Complaints about the lack of action from Admin to investigate and ban scamming sellers and timewasting buyers are common on the forum - see below (if you are a member on ebanned click quote to see original posting on forum).

On the plus side - high numbers of buyers mean sellers get a good price for their items, good prices attract a high number of sellers to choose from.

Ebare

Ebare is an auction site that is now a part of Connexionweb (a social networking site for adults only). To participate in Ebare it is necessary for both buyers and sellers to pay to become a Gold Member. This enables buyers to view the sellers' Connexionweb profiles and disuades scammers and conmen, the reasoning being that not many will bother paying an upfront fee and fill out a profile and provide a gallery of images before they can attempt to rip-off the buyers.

PantyBid

This relatively new auction venue has the distinction of having NO selling fees making PantyBid very popular with both new and experienced sellers. Due to the smaller number of buyers the winning bids are smaller than they would otherwise be on Ebanned or Ebare - which is great for buyers and something sellers need to consider. Lower winning bid but no fees or higher winning bid with fees to pay. PantyBid will be merging with MUPS February 2009 to make a bigger, better, more honest and regulated auction site.
